Postdoc Position to Study Vascularization in Bone Repair and Regeneration

A postdoc position is available immediately in the Center for Musculoskeletal Research at the University of Rochester Medical Center. The successful candidate will participate in research program that involves using multiphoton and in vivo imaging as a platform to investigate cellular and molecular mechanisms that orchestrate osteogenesis and angiogenesis during bone defect repair and regeneration. The project integrates bone tissue engineering, vascular biology, and skeletal biology with emphasis on bone regeneration and neovascularization. Strong candidate should have a PhD or equivalent degree and has less than 5 years of postdoctoral training. Published experience with bone biology or vascular biology is preferred.
