Oral presentation guidelines

Please copy your slides into a USB drive and upload the PPT file using the computer in the conference room during the poster session or lunch break.
Please disclose conflicts of interest if you have any.
If you are a keynote speaker, your presentation time will be 25 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A, a total of 30 minutes.
If you are an invited speaker of a session, your presentation will be 15-17 minutes + 3-5 minutes Q&A, a total of 20 minutes.
If you have a short talk, your presentation will be 5 minutes. You will answer questions at the end of the session.
If you exceed the time limit, the moderators will have to cut off your talk.

Poster presentation guidelines

Poster session I: June 1^st, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Poster session II: June 2^nd, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Posters must reflect the material summarized in your abstract.
Your poster dimensions should be no larger than 107cm (wide) X 120cm (high).
Please click to find your poster presentation time/location/board ID.
Authors are required to stand at their poster to answer questions during the session.
If you will present in Session I, set up your poster before 11:30AM and remove it by the end of June 1^st.
If you will present in Session II, set up your poster before 11:00AM and remove it by the end of June 2^nd.

Moderator guidelines

Please click here to find the Bio of All Invited Speakers (by first name).
Before the conference starts, read your session and familiarize yourself with your presenters.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your session.
Call all speakers to the stage, introduce yourself, and confirm all presenters are ready.
Start the session at the designated time.
Open the session by briefly introducing yourself and clearly state that you will remind speakers when 1 minute remains.
Introduce all presenters in the order listed in the program. If a presenter is missing, simply skip them in the order. Be sure to mention each presenter’s name and presentation title.
During the question-and-answer period, moderators should ask the questioner to state their name and affiliation.
Keep each speaker on time.
